CUSTOMER SERVICE

Songs For The Planet, Inc. customer service policies are outlined below. Changes will be posted here so you can be aware of accepted payement methods, sales tax and return policy. If you have additional questions, please e-mail or call.

Accepted Internet Payment method
Paypal accepts [Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Card], and personal checks. Your credit card number is safe with us as well as your personal checks.

Accepted Mail Payment method
We do accept checks or money orders by mail denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on an U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order, as we cannot order your items until your check is received and we do not ship items until funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about seven to ten days.

Sales Tax
Purchases in the State of Tennessee are subject to the appropriate sales tax and will be added to the amount of your purchase.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, call or e-mail us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. We process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Songs For The Planet, Inc., accompanied by a receipt or confirmation number. We accept returns of a purchase that is in it's original condition and/or with an active warranty, for a full refund of the original product purchase value, less shipping charges and return shipping charges.
